Juice contains nothing but the fruit, berry or vegetable concentrate that is obtained from one or several kinds of juices by physically separating a certain part of water and replacing it with drinking water during the production process by adding as much water as it has been separated before.
Juices of some fruit or berries are not demanded due to their flavour peculiarities – intense sourness or sweetness therefore nectars are made of them – drinks that are added more water than has been separated during vaporisation. Depending on the particular fruit or berry, nectar contains 25-50% of juice. Whereas fruit drinks are primarily intended for quenching thirst thereby they contain less concentrated juice.
